Job summary

You will collaborate with functional leaders on hiring, transformation projects, and system enhancements, mentoring the team and ensuring coverage of duties while achieving performance metrics. Hybrid work options are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or four years of related work experience.
• Strong leadership skills to serve as role model for the team and GreatAmerica.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and follow-through skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee timely cash applications processing for customers.
• Lead the Cash Team and manage training, procedures, and metrics.
• Develop and monitor quality checks and process improvements.
• Coordinate hiring and onboarding for cash applications staff.
• Partner with other leaders on transformational initiatives and system enhancements.
