Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Cash Applications Lead in Nashville, TN. This hybrid role requires three days per week in the office and focuses on leading Cash Applications operations, training team members, and ensuring accurate payment posting and reconciliations.

The position emphasizes collaboration with internal teams to resolve payment issues and improve processes. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in AR or cash applications, proficiency in Excel, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• At least two years of Accounts Receivable or Cash Applications experience.
• Experience applying payments to customer accounts or invoices.
• Experience researching unapplied cash and payment discrepancies.
• Experience performing or supporting reconciliations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data reconciliation.
• Strong detail orientation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Support accurate posting and application of customer payments.
• Match payments and remittance to accounts and open invoices.
• Research unapplied cash, short payments, and discrepancies.
• Review and ensure accuracy of payment applications and reconciliations.
• Provide guidance and training to Cash Applications team members.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve payment-application issues.
• Identify process improvements and support SOX compliance.
