Total Quality Logistics is hiring for a Cash Application Coordinator in Cincinnati. You will apply customer payments and ensure accurate matching to invoices, respond to inquiries, and support cash flow with a focus on service levels.

The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and proficiency with Excel and MS Office. On-site work with benefits including health/dental/vision and tuition reimbursement is offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's preferred.
• Experience in banking, AR, or payment processing preferred.
• Customer service oriented with attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Apply customer payments by matching cash, checks, ACH/wire, and credit card transactions.
• Correlate payment remittances to payments and request remittances as needed.
• Meet daily productivity goals and service levels.
• Provide professional customer service to sales and other stakeholders.
• Respond to emails in the Cash Application inbox.
• Notate unapplied cash, Other AR, and miscellaneous payments.
• Proactively communicate issues with leadership.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes.
• Develop knowledge of cash applications and its impact on cash flow.
