Job summary

Saint-Gobain in Malvern, PA is seeking a Cash Application Analyst to oversee daily cash receipts and ensure accurate posting to customer accounts across North America. You will be the SME for deduction management and coordinate with outsource providers and business units to keep AR clean.

The role requires 3+ years in cash applications or accounts receivable, strong Excel and ERP experience, and collaboration across functions to resolve discrepancies, post adjustments, and support monthly

Qualifications

Associate's or bachelor’s degree preferred.
3+ years experience in cash applications or accounts receivable.
Customer account reconciliation experience required.
Experience with integrated ERP and Microsoft Excel is required.

Responsibilities

Support timely and accurate daily processing of cash receipts and apply payments to customer accounts.
Serve as SME for deduction management and coordinate with providers and businesses.
Assist in resolving receipts that auto-cash cannot apply and research NSF issues.
Monitor unapplied cash, write-offs, and adjustments for accuracy.
Support monthly service metrics and reporting related to cash activity.
