Qualifications

• AA/AS Degree in a related field + 1 year of client casework/case management experience; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• BA/BS Degree + 1 year of client casework/case management experience

Responsibilities

• Recruit and enroll children into the program.
• Orient parents to comprehensive services including Health, Nutrition, Education, Disabilities, Mental Health, Parent Engagement, and ERSEA.
• Refer families to health and social services and maintain health records.
• Coordinate and support monthly local parent committee meetings and parent meetings.
