Job summary

Oriana House, Inc. is seeking a dedicated casework professional to manage intake, assess risk and criminogenic needs, and track client progress through ORAS, ORION, and IPP processes.

The role includes coordinating referrals, supporting rehabilitation, and ensuring thorough documentation at release and closure stages. The position requires an associate degree in social work, corrections, or related fields, with experience in corrections or social services preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or higher required; six months in Corrections or social service preferred.
• Must obtain proficiency for ORAS as certified by Ohio Dept. of Rehabilitation and Corrections.

Responsibilities

• Review referral information and prior records before initial meeting with client.
• Administer or use current risk/need assessments (ORAS) and enter results into Gateway and ORION.
• Assist clients toward more positive, productive, prosocial community participation.
• Complete IPP using established criteria and standards.
• Prepare release documentation and ensure post-tests are completed.
