Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to type at least 35 words per minute.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, compassionate service to customers in person, over the phone, or by email.
• Perform data entry and scanning to maintain records across multiple software programs.
• Build and process cases and perform required clerical tasks.
• Handle payments and reconcile cash, checks and cards with daily reports.
