Job summary

Baker Hughes in Midland, TX is seeking a Wireline Field Crew Lead to supervise field operations and coordinate crew activities on site and in the shop. You will ensure safety, maintenance, and accurate reporting for all logging and completions tasks.

Ideal candidates include engineers with 1+ year wireline experience or 2-year technical degree with 3+ years wireline, or a HS diploma with 7+ years of wireline experience. Strong leadership and customer coordination are essential.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree with 1+ year Wireline experience required OR 2-year Technical Associate's with 3+ years Wireline experience OR High School Diploma/GED with 7+ years Wireline experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a two-or-more person Field Operator crew.
• Coordinate operations with rig and production facilities at the wellsite.
• Manage training, competencies, time sheets, expenses, DOT files, onboarding/offboarding, promotions, and performance reviews for direct reports.
• Maintain equipment and facility, oversee record keeping and communications.
• Advise Customer Representative on logging and completions operations and data interpretation.
