Job summary

Libra Solutions is seeking a Case Statusing Associate for MoveDocs, a platform coordinating medical, financial, and professional services in personal injury matters. You will build strong relationships with attorney clients, monitor balance verification, and drive timely case status updates.

Responsibilities include contacting attorneys, paralegals, and health providers to gather updates, calculating final balances, and communicating payment amounts.

Qualifications

• Previous record retrieval, collections, sales, account management, or customer service experience required.
• Bachelor's Degree a plus, but not required.
• Paralegal or legal background is a plus, but not required.
• Self-motivated and desire to build great relationships and exceed monthly goals.
• Strong interpersonal skills; ability to handle interactions with attorneys, health providers and sales people.
• Sound decision-making ability and proactive problem-solving.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage professional and executive relationships.
• Dependable, professional and good work ethic.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with specific set business goals and monthly quotas.
• Proficient in Windows system and all Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Works alongside our Servicing teams building rapport, developing and fostering relationships with our attorney clients to achieve case status on open cases.
• Calls attorneys and paralegals to obtain updates on cases in litigation.
• Calls Health providers to obtain 'As Is' and Final Balance status.
• Calculates final balance amounts due and provides payment amounts to the attorneys.
• Handles incoming attorney-line and provider calls.
