Libra Solutions is seeking a Case Coordinator with legal or medical experience for our Denver, CO office. You will evaluate prospective cases and make funding decisions, while communicating Libra's mission to legal and medical communities.

The role requires handling an active caseload, building relationships with law firms and providers, and coordinating patient care and funding decisions to support clients efficiently.

Formación

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• 1-3 years in personal injury or legal industry preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
• Exemplary customer service and time management.
• Organized with strong prioritization; team oriented.

• Manage an active caseload of 100-150 cases.
• Grow relationships with attorney firms and medical providers.
• Communicate with attorneys, clients, and providers to ensure service quality.
• Coordinate medical treatments, schedule appointments, analyze records.
• Assess and make funding decisions as appropriate.
• Support training of new team members when needed.

Libra Solutions is looking for a skilled Case Coordinator with legal and or medical experience. A Case Coordinator is proficient at evaluating a prospective case and making funding related decisions based upon its merits. This role is also responsible for articulating the Libra process, mission statement and fostering relationships across the legal and medical communities.

This position is based in our Denver, CO office.

Essential Functions:

• Comfortable managing active caseload of (100-150) cases
• Grow relationship with attorney firms and medical providers
• Communicate effectively with attorneys, clients and medical providers to ensure best care and best service possible
• Effectively manage medical treatment for accident victims, including but not limited to scheduling and coordinating appointments, analyze medical records and arrange transportation
• Assess and make funding decisions to $10K
• Maintain workflow through prioritization of daily and weekly tasks
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure service levels and revenue goals are met
• Occasionally assist with training new team members

• High School or GED required
• 1-3 years of personal injury industry or legal experience is preferred
• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
• Exemplary customer service and time management
• Organized and ability to prioritize well
• Thrives in team environment
• Knowledge of medical terminology and life cycle of a case
• Ability to assess overall case metrics, build/maintain relationships with law firms and make timely decisions independently and with help from supervisor
• Must be able to work in-office in Denver, CO
