Job summary

Ryder is hiring a Case Picker in Frankfort, Indiana. Earn $19.00 per hour plus $0.75 per hour, with weekly pay and excellent benefits. This Regular-Full time role offers paid training and a team-first, safety-focused culture in a dynamic warehouse environment.

Shifts are Friday/Saturday 5:30am-4:00pm and Monday/Tuesday 4:30pm-3:00am. Responsibilities include picking, palletizing, operating equipment, and inventory control support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year or more warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Able to read and recognize location and product codes.
• Strong GMP and safety awareness.
• Good communication skills and ability to build professional relationships.
• Multi-tasking, highly organized with strong time management.
• Attention to detail and reliable follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Picking product and case pick.
• Palletizing, hand stacking and stretch wrapping as required.
• Safely operate material handling equipment.
• Assist in cycle counting and inventory control as required.
• Assist in resolving inventory discrepancies as required.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
