Job summary

Ryder is hiring a Case Picker in Frankfort, Indiana. You will join a safety-conscious team handling food products with walkie rider equipment and weekly pay. Medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits are available, with paid training and PTO from month one.

Responsibilities include picking products and case picks, operating pallet jacks, assisting in inventory control, and resolving discrepancies while maintaining accuracy and efficiency across shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year or more warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as a team member.
• Must have adequate math skills.
• Able to recognize and read location codes and product codes.
• Meet GMP standards and follow safety protocols.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Multi-tasking and highly organized with good time management.

Responsibilities

• Picking product and case pick.
• Palletize, hand stack and stretch wrap product as required.
• Safely operate material handling equipment.
• Assist in cycle counting and inventory control as required.
• Assist in resolving inventory discrepancies as required.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
