Job summary

Ryder is seeking a Case Picker in Frankfort, Indiana, to join a fast-paced warehouse team. This role involves case picking, palletizing, and operating a walkie rider forklift in a clean, safety-focused facility.

Competitive weekly pay starts at $19.00 per hour with an additional $0.75 per hour. Training is provided, and benefits begin after 30 days. PTO accrual begins Month 1 with a 401(k) plan and employee discounts available.

Qualifications

• One year or more warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to recognize and read location codes and product codes.
• Must have adequate math skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Picking product and case pick.
• Palletize, hand stack and stretch wrap as required.
• Safely operate material handling equipment.
• Assist in cycle counting and inventory control as required.
• Assist in resolving inventory discrepancies as required.

Warehouse Forklift Operator / Driver Positions Pay Weekly

• Hourly Pay $19.00 per hour
• Additional Pay: $.75 per hour
• Schedule: Monday - Tuesday 4:30PM to 3:00AM and Friday - Saturday 5:30AM to 4:00PM

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• One (1) year or more previous warehouse experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
• Must have adequate math skills
• Able to recognize and read location codes and product codes
• Meet and exceed established Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors)
• Capable of multi-tasking, highly organized, with excellent time management skills
• Detail oriented with excellent follow-up practices
