Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. in Frankfort, IN is hiring a Case Picker to join a fast-paced warehouse team. The role features weekly pay, paid training, and comprehensive benefits. You will work on the C Shift (Wed–Sat, 4:30pm–3:00am) handling food products with various palletizing tasks.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of warehouse experience, strong math and reading of codes, and solid teamwork and communication skills. Growth opportunities and safety-focused training are emphasized.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Adequate math skills.
• Able to recognize and read location and product codes.
• Meet/exceed GMP standards.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Create/maintain professional relationships at all levels.
• Multi-tasking; highly organized; strong time management.
• Detail oriented with strong follow-up practices.

Responsibilities

• Picking product and case pick.
• Palletize, hand stack and stretch wrap as required.
• Safely operate material handling equipment.
• Assist in cycle counting and inventory control as required.
• Assist in resolving inventory discrepancies as required.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
