Job summary

Conagra Brands in Council Bluffs, IA is seeking a Machine Operator – Caseoff. This on-site role runs 1:30 PM to 11:00 PM, focusing on sealing finished product in cases and hand stacking on pallets for shipping, while meeting GMP, safety, and quality standards.

Required are a high school diploma or GED and at least 3 months of production experience. You will read and follow written instructions and handle lifting up to 40 lbs, with emphasis on safety and housekeeping.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months’ production or related experience.
• Ability to work in a team and follow written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Read, write, and comprehend written English.
• Work the scheduled/assigned times and overtime as needed.
• Ensure finished product is sealed in cases and hand stacked on pallets for shipping.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and perform housekeeping.
• Perform safety checks on equipment and operate packing equipment efficiently.
• Handle product coding, packaging, and labeling without defects.
• Notify forklift operator to remove full pallets and clear jams.
• Participate in PM, drumbeat, and AM activities and perform general labor tasks.
