Job summary

Better Being Co. in Ogden, UT is seeking a Warehouse Associate to oversee the case packing team, ensure timely and accurate packing, and attach correct shipping labels. You will collaborate to assemble pre-packs and displays, and help move shipments using pallet jacks as needed.

Maintain a clean, organized work area, follow safety protocols, and contribute to productivity goals while supporting the packing operation and overall warehouse workflow.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret documents such as safety rules and operating procedures.
• Communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing, with team members and supervision.
• Perform basic arithmetic operations and use measurement units as required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead the case packing team to ensure timely, accurate packing and proper labeling.
• Keep shipping labels correctly affixed to cartons to ensure accurate delivery.
• Collaborate with the team to assemble pre-packs, displays, and items per work orders.
• Move shipments using pallet jacks or hand trucks and place them in designated areas.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow safety policies and procedures.
• Record item counts and update required documentation; support productivity incentives.
