Job summary

America Works of New Jersey, Inc. is seeking a Case Manager aka Corporate Rep for a workforce development program in Burlington County, NJ.

The Corporate Rep will provide individualized employment services to low-income and underserved job seekers in Westampton, NJ. The role requires case management experience, strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and Salesforce, and a passion for serving disenfranchised populations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a 4-year degree; relevant experience a plus.
• 1–3 years of experience working with low-income and underserved populations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) required.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Microsoft Teams and SharePoint preferred.
• Experience developing individualized service and/or employment plans for participants preferred.
• Experience with Motivational Interviewing, Trauma-Informed and/or Two-Generational methods a definite plus.
• Understanding of workforce development and case management is a definite plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake, eligibility screening, and job readiness assessments with public assistance recipients in Burlington County, NJ.
• Oversee barrier removal before and after job placement, ensuring resources and support for employment.
• Develop individualized employment service plans for participants.
• Regularly meet with participants in-person or via phone/video to track progress toward goals.
• Provide individualized support during job search, higher education applications, and exam preparation.
• Maintain detailed case notes, attendance logs, and submit weekly reports.
• Refer clients to vocational trainings and certification programs.
• Meet enrollment and job placement targets weekly, quarterly, and annually.
• Model professionalism and inclusiveness, cultivating a safe environment for career development.
