This role requires you to stay organized and detail-oriented, provide strong client support, and help move cases forward while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience in workers’ compensation, personal injury, or case management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume caseload of workers’ compensation claims from intake through resolution.
• Gather and review medical records, wage information, and employment documents.
• Maintain organized and accurate case files in the firm’s system.
• Serve as a main point of contact for clients, providing updates and support.
• Communicate with medical providers and insurance adjusters.
• Track case progress and manage deadlines.
• Draft routine correspondence and case documents.
• Assist attorneys with preparing for hearings, mediations, and settlements.
