HELP YOUTH BUILD A FUTURE THEY CAN BELIEVE IN
Case Manager – Independent & Transitional Living Program
Full-Time Position
Working with Youth & Young Adults Ages 14–24
A job can change your life. The right support can change theirs.
Every year, young people in our community face homelessness, family conflict, instability, and uncertainty about their future.
At YES House, we believe every young person deserves the opportunity to build a safe, stable, and independent life.
As a Case Manager, you'll help youth take the next steps toward adulthood by connecting them to housing, employment, education, life skills, and community support.
You won't just manage cases.
You'll help build futures.
Many of the youth we serve have never had someone consistently helping them navigate adulthood.
You may be the person who:
Helps a young adult secure their first apartment
Assists a youth in earning their diploma or GED
Guides someone toward their first job
Teaches skills that create lifelong independence
Helps a young person realize their future is bigger than their current circumstances
Experience is valuable, but passion for helping youth succeed is essential.
The youth we serve don't need someone to do everything for them.
They need someone willing to walk beside them while they learn how to do it themselves.
If you believe every young person deserves a chance to succeed, we'd love to meet you.
