Job summary

The Salvation Army A Georgia Corp in Bryan, TX is seeking a dedicated Social Services Case Manager to assist eligible clients with food, shelter, clothing, and financial support, conducting interviews to assess needs and determine eligibility.

You will maintain accurate client records, refer families to community agencies, and coordinate with onsite partners. The role involves managing in-kind donations and liaising across departments to ensure services meet policy standards.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or two years of college coursework in Social Work, Behavioral Science, or related field, plus two years' case management experience.
• Alternatively, any equivalent combination of training and experience meeting knowledge, skills and abilities.

Responsibilities

• Interview clients to determine need and eligibility for services.
• Prepare accurate and complete client records.
• Refer clients to community agencies and maintain relationships with them.
• Serve as liaison to onsite partners and manage in-kind donations process.
• Perform administrative responsibilities.
