The Salvation Army USA Central Territory is seeking a dedicated case manager to assist clients in securing community resources and services. The role emphasizes confidential assessment, documentation, and referrals to support self-sufficiency, with duties including paperwork, weekly reviews, and client orientation.
Responsibilities include interviews, status assessments across multiple domains, and coordination of transportation and reports.
Assist clients in finding community resources and services to meet their identified needs as they move towards self-sufficiency.
Education: Minimum Bachelor degree in Social Work from an acc redited university or a related human service field of study; relevant experience in lieu of education requirement will be considered.
Experience: One year of case management experience
Certifications/Licenses: First Aid and CPR certification; if not certified, must be able to obtain certification within 90 days of hire date

Include speaking, hearing and vision; standing, bending, squatting and walking; sitting for extended periods of time; manual dexterity; lifting, pulling and pushing materials up to 50 lbs.

Work is performed in a typical office environment; may require some week end and evening work
