Job Description

Position: RN - Case Manager

Location: Eureka, CA

Shift: Day (5x8 Hours) 8:00 16:30

Duration: 13 weeks, 40 hrs/week

Job details: The winter bill rate increase will be effective from October 4, 2026, through February 27, 2027. After February 27, 2027, the bill rate will automatically return to the standard rate***. Please note that cancellations due to the rate change after signature will result in a systemwide DNR (Do Not Return). Please reach out to the AM with any questions.

Weekend Requirements: Required to work every other weekend.

Must have acute care experience!
