GEO Reentry Services, LLC is seeking a dedicated Case Manager to deliver therapeutic program services to residents. You will manage a caseload, provide individual and group counseling, and ensure adherence to clinical standards within licensed guidelines.

The role involves intake assessments, treatment planning, documentation, and coordination with stakeholders to support successful reentry and relapse prevention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Valid, active state driver’s license is required.
• Knowledge of addictions or mental health counseling preferred.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills are essential.

Responsabilités

• Ensure compliance with internal, external, and accrediting agency policies and procedures.
• Facilitate daily clinical program activities per schedule (group sessions, Life Skills, etc.).
• Conduct initial intake sessions and orient residents to program requirements.
• Lead bi-weekly individual counseling, set goals, and coordinate referrals upon release.
• Maintain clinical charts (electronic and hard copy) with timely documentation.
• Monitor behavior and conduct daily room inspections to ensure safety.
• Contribute to data collection, program reporting, and outcomes tracking.
• Attend staff meetings, seminars, and workshops as required.
• May back up as a Monitor for intakes, check-ins, and random drug screens.
• Oversee facility sanitation and assign daily chores to residents as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
