The GEO Group in Tampa, FL is seeking a case management support professional to assist residents with program planning and quarterly progress tracking under supervision.

You will help residents set and meet goals for budgeting, housing, education, and employment, while maintaining program compliance and data integrity. A related bachelor's degree is preferred, with bilingual English/Spanish encouraged and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in social, human services, criminal justice or behavioral science.
• One year experience in human services, corrections, or community-based services.
• Total work experience may substitute for education.
• Ability to write clear concise reports in English using correct grammar.
• Must be able to navigate computers and standard software.

Responsibilities

• May perform duties of a Monitor including resident intakes, check-ins, breath analysis and drug screens.
• Prepare personalized programs with measurable criteria and timelines.
• Assist residents with budgeting, housing, education, and employment goals.
• Monitor facility safety and sanitation; assign daily tasks to residents.
• Maintain confidential resident files and ensure data security.
• Assist Job Developers to verify residents' jobs and provide guidance.
