Job summary

Camillus House Inc. seeks a Case Manager to provide compassionate, client-centered case management for individuals experiencing homelessness in South Florida. You will connect clients to resources, help develop housing plans, and support progress toward stability.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s in Social Work (or related field), 2 years’ experience preferred, and strong English skills; Spanish is a plus. This is a full-time role with expected collaboration across programs and partners.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred in Social Work or related field; other education/experience combinations considered.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in the same or similar role preferred.
• Proficiency in oral/written English; Spanish preferred; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop individualized housing stability plans with clients addressing short- and long-term goals.
• Coordinate with internal and external partners to secure services (benefits, transportation, training).
• Document client progress and activities using MS Office/Outlook.
• Work directly with highly vulnerable populations and conduct thorough needs assessments.
