Job Details

Responsibilities:

• 1. Act as the primary point of contact for all assigned cases and maintain regular communication with clients, keeping them informed about their case status and progress.
• 2. Manage all aspects of the case lifecycle, including intake, investigation, discovery, trial preparation, settlement, and closure.
• 3. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction.
• 4. Collaborate with attorneys and other legal staff to develop case strategies and ensure effective case progression.
• 5. Prepare and manage all necessary case documentation and legal paperwork.
• 6. Coordinate with various stakeholders, including medical providers, insurance adjusters, and expert witnesses.

Qualifications:

• 1. Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Case Manager, preferably in the personal injury law domain.
• 3. Profound knowledge of personal injury law and legal procedures.
• 4. Exceptional client communication and relationship management skills.
• 5. Proven experience in case management, including managing a large caseload and effectively prioritizing tasks.
• 6. Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful settlements.
• 7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
