Jobot is seeking a bilingual paralegal with at least 3 years of personal injury experience to support attorneys in trial preparation and litigation tasks in Houston, TX.

The role involves organizing medical records, drafting motions, e-filing, witness coordination, and maintaining client communications in Spanish and English.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years as a paralegal in personal injury law.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience with litigation support, drafting motions, e-filing, managing medical records and trial prep.
• Understanding of legal principles, research techniques and court procedures.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with litigation support, drafting motions, e-filing, managing medical records, and trial prep.


• A thorough understanding of legal principles, research techniques, legal codes, court procedures, and precedents.


• Proficiency in using legal research software and other related software for case management.


• Excellent organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.


• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a commitment to maintaining high standards of professionalism and confidentiality.


• A paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program is preferred, but substantial relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal certification.
