Job summary

Theohiocouncil is seeking Case Managers in Westerville, Ohio to support clients with mental illness in their daily living activities. These professionals will help clients cope with challenges to increase their level of functioning, reduce hospitalizations, and enhance access to community resources.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of direct contact care in mental health preferred.
• Ability to meet direct client contact goals including documentation.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required.

Responsibilities

• Teach daily living activities such as budgeting and shopping.
• Monitor symptoms and respond to crisis situations.
