Qualifications

• 2+ years of Case Management experience required.
• LPN license in good standing preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in a health-related field preferred.
• Case Management Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage benefits, utilization of services and resources.
• Review medical necessity, continued stay and use of ancillary services.
• Build and maintain relationships with third party payers.
• Serve as liaison between facility and managed care/insurance.
