Job Purpose
  • The Case Manager - Lead at the Community Action Agency of Oklahoma is responsible for overseeing and guiding the case management team in delivering comprehensive support services to clients. This role involves coordinating resources, developing strategies, and ensuring the effective implementation of programs aimed at improving the quality of life for individuals and families in need. The Case Manager - Lead will play a pivotal role in fostering a collaborative environment and driving the agency's mission forward.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise a team of case managers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Develop and implement case management strategies that align with the agency's goals and objectives.
  • Coordinate with community partners and stakeholders to enhance resource availability and service accessibility for clients.
