Job summary

Lakeshore Talent is seeking a CMA Coordinator in the Colorado Springs area for a hybrid in-person/remote role. You will support individuals in accessing long-term care services and coordinate person-centered plans with families and providers.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree or 5 years in human services, with preferred Medicaid waivers experience. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with comfort using databases and Microsoft 365.
