Job summary

As our Clinical Supervisor – FPS you will:

• Monitor clients’ therapeutic progress and ensure the development and implementation of clients’ clinical treatment plans.
• Provide clinical supervision and consultation to staff.
• Ensure delivery of services in accordance with agency, licensing, and accreditation standards.
• Understand HIPAA policies and know how to implement security practices to stay compliant.
• Onboards and trains new staff.

Position Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in Social Work with an emphasis on Clinical Practice or Master’s in clinical or counseling psychology or Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy or other related degree
• Licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) through the Indiana Behavioral Health and Human Services Licensing Board is required
• Two years previous experience in either a clinical or child welfare setting
• Two years of supervisory experience
