Job summary

The Villages of Indiana is seeking a Case Manager Intensive Foster Care to coordinate intake, assess needs, and develop Treatment and Family Support Plans for children in foster care. This role requires collaborating with team members and serving as the primary contact with the DCS FCM, attending CFTMs when needed.

The position emphasizes close work with foster parents, providing support, coordinating trainings, respite services, and activities for children, along with assisting in behavior

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required from an accredited four-year college.
• If BSW then LBSW is needed.
• Five years of supervised paid casework experience.
• Two years of which should have been in an approved child placing agency.
• One year of graduate training in a recognized school of social work, including supervised case work, may substitute for five years of experience.
• Case work and LCPA experience.
