Job summary

Morgan & Morgan, P.A. in Knoxville is seeking a floater support role to train and assist several attorneys and case staff on rotation. This position trains for an eventual move to a highly sought Case Manager position.

The role focuses on shadowing Case Managers, ordering medical records, drafting demands, and coordinating settlements. Remote/hybrid work is not available; it is a full-time opportunity with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant, Insurance Adjuster, or Support Role preferably in a law firm setting or in a corporate legal department
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and demonstrate attention to detail with a great attitude
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including good presentation skills
• Willingness to learn and work with multiple employees within our organization

Compensation for this role is $20/hour.
