Job summary

Morgan & Morgan in New Albany, IN is seeking a floater to train and support several attorneys and case staff on rotation, with a path toward a Case Manager role.

You will shadow case managers, order medical records, prepare demands, and help negotiate settlements under attorney supervision. This is a full-time, on-site role with opportunities for growth and competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant, Insurance Adjuster, or Support role preferably in a law firm or corporate legal department.
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and attention to detail with a great attitude.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including good presentation skills.
• Willingness to learn and work with multiple employees within our organization.
• Extensive expertise in computer programs, databases, Microsoft Office Suite, and typing at least 35 wpm.
• Remote and/or hybrid ineligible.

Summary

This role will work as a floater in our office, training and supporting several attorneys and case staff on rotation. This position trains for an eventual move to a highly sought Case Manager position.

Compensation for this role is $20/hour with growth opportunities.
