Catholic Community Services of Western Washington is seeking a Case Manager to provide outreach, engagement, and referral services to Traugott Terrace residents and Matt Talbot Center clients. You will balance multiple funding contracts and track caseloads to support recovery and housing goals.

The role requires flexibility for evenings/weekends and collaboration with behavioral health partners. A Bachelor’s degree and WA state credentials are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social services or equivalent experience.
• One year direct services experience with vulnerable populations.
• Current Washington State Agency Affiliated Counselor Registration OR obtainable within 60 days.
• Know-how with Co-Occurring Disorders.
• Criminal history/background checks required prior to employment.
• Flexible delivery of services and weekly scheduling.
• Able to communicate effectively with clients, staff, and regulators.
• Computer skills to learn CCS client database and EHR system.

Responsabilités

• Perform SUD and COD assessments for individuals seeking ongoing treatment.
• Provide or facilitate therapeutic responses including case management and skills training.
• Plan interventions with treatment teams using a strengths-based approach.
• Participate in clinical consultations, staffing, and supervision.
• Facilitate groups on topics like daily living, housing transitions, social skills, and recovery.
