Job summary

St. Joseph Center in Venice, Los Angeles County, is seeking a Part-Time Case Manager II for Domestic Violence (3 months) to provide case management to homeless families experiencing domestic violence, including service linkage and housing support.

Working with program staff, you will evaluate families for permanent housing, manage up to 20 cases, develop safety and housing plans, connect to resources, document in databases, and coordinate with landlords to secure housing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work or related field.
• 1+ years of experience in case management for homeless/ DV cases.
• Trauma-informed crisis intervention knowledge.
• Bi-lingual Spanish/English desirable.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate families for permanent housing with program staff.
• Manage caseload of up to 20 families; develop safety and housing plans.
• Identify internal/external resources to address homelessness and DV.
• Provide housing stabilization services.
• Enter data in required databases and submit reports.
