Qualifications

• Two years' work experience in a related field.
• Familiarity with community workforce needs and employment services.
• Ability to do basic arithmetic calculations.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing support and manage a caseload of participant cases.
• Prepare personalized programs to help participants achieve goals.
• Assist participants in their financial independence and community reintegration.

Skills

Writing clear reports

Understanding community corrections systems

Responding quickly in emergencies

Bilingual in English/Spanish

Education
