Sierra Vista Child & Family Services is seeking a Case Manager for the Drop-in Family Resource Center. This role involves outreach, advocacy, and coordinating services to meet client needs within contractual requirements.

The position requires a high school diploma, with a preference for a related Bachelor's degree. There are evening and weekend shifts; driving may be involved as part of community outreach and service delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Case Manager II requires Bachelor's degree in Counseling or Social Work.
• Knowledge of community resources preferred; valid CA driver’s license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Operate agency vehicle for client visits, meetings, trainings, or other appointments.
• Maintain valid driver’s license, vehicle registration and proof of insurance as required.
• Communicate ideas clearly in oral and written form.
• Instruct in group and individual settings; work with diverse cultures.
• Maintain health, confidentiality and safety in daily operations.
