Qualifications

• High School Diploma or HSE required.
• 1-2 years social service/ministry experience, including counseling, mentoring, and discipling.
• 1 year experience with individuals facing substance use, mental health concerns, trauma, homelessness.

Responsabilités

• Assess guests’ resources and develop a care plan with written goals.
• Monitor progress and adapt the plan while maintaining confidentiality.
• Coordinate services with staff and external agencies to support housing and employment.
• Support faith-based alignment and crisis interventions when needed.
