Seven Hills Behavioral Health in Fall River, MA is seeking a Case Manager I - Family Support to assist children, families and caregivers by coordinating services and connecting them to community resources.

The role emphasizes culturally and linguistically competent practice, thorough documentation, and collaboration with social workers and court officials to promote safety and wellbeing.

This part-time position runs Monday–Friday with some flexibility to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED/HiSET required.
• Bilingual preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License and means of transportation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure linguistic and culturally competent services to families, children and adolescents, kinship networks and foster families.
• Develop parent’s capacity to utilize formal and informal community supports to ensure safety and wellbeing of their children.
• Complete extensive documentation in a professional manner via electronic records.
• Provide advocacy on education, legal matters and community resources as needed.
• All other duties assigned by the supervisor or designee.
