Helio Health is seeking a Case Manager for its HUD Housing program in Syracuse, NY. This full-time, on-site role focuses on coordinating services for patients/residents in treatment programs and beyond, with a sign-on incentive of up to $1,500 and pay between $23.00 and $24.50 per hour.
The position requires a High School Diploma or GED (associate degree preferred), and at least two years of behavioral health or substance use experience. A valid NYS Driver’s License is required.

Helio Health is looking for a Case Manager to support its mission of promoting recovery from the effects of substance use and mental health disorders and other health issues. This role is vital to the management and coordination of services to patients/residents participating in, or who have completed our treatment programs. This is a Full-Time position and located at our HUD Housing program.
