The Case Manager's main responsibility is to provide supportive services to assigned program participants in a housing setting. The type of support includes assisting with defining personal, vocational, and educational goals and using a person-centered / Harm Reduction model that supports individuals in their recovery, hopes, and opportunities. Bachelors Degree required; with minimum two years field work experience and direct mental illness work experience. Individual, family and group counseling experience required, particularly with mentally ill populations. Preference given to persons with experience in working with homeless individuals in Congregate Programs, bi-lingual, bi-cultural in Spanish, a plus.
