Qualifications

• Experience handling tenant intake and eligibility documentation is preferred.
• Familiarity with privacy and confidentiality policies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain professional relationships with clients and ensure confidentiality.
• Review documents establishing tenants' eligibility for the program and organize files.
• Assist tenants with CAMBA intake applications and forms.
• Create and maintain tenant files and conduct initial intake assessments.
• Follow up with tenants and referral organizations to track progress.
