Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License and clean traffic abstract.

Responsibilities

• Assessment, service plan development and referrals for guests.
• Manage a caseload ensuring positive outcomes through timely coordination.
• Provide supportive counseling and crisis intervention services.
• Document clinical records and maintain assessments and placement plans.
• Make collaborative outreach attempts as necessary.
