Hudson Regional Hospital in Hoboken, NJ is seeking a full-time social services professional to assess HIV-positive clients and coordinate support services.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree in social work, at least 2 years of related experience, and strong interpersonal and communication skills. Workweek is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. You will collaborate with medical and community providers and participate in agency development efforts.

Salary Range: $55,000.00 To $60,000.00 Annually

What You'll Be Doing

Assesses the circumstances of clients who are Hudson County residents and HIV-positive and arranges an array of services to help them maintain health and functionality; educates clients and other members of the community about HIV; participates in required training and agency development efforts; represents agency as directed by supervisor; attends required meetings; collaborates with medical and other service providers.
