The Alden Network in Bloomingdale, IL seeks a qualified professional to coordinate Active Treatment Programs for individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities, ensuring compliance with federal, state and local standards.

Requires a bachelor’s degree in a human services field, 1 year of relevant experience, CPR certification, and strong communication. You will participate in IPP development, IDT meetings and monitor ongoing progress to support residents and families.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a human services field.
• Minimum 1 year of direct experience with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• CPR certification required or obtained within 90 days.
• Strong reading, writing and communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor Active Treatment Programs for assigned cases.
• Develop and review IPP and active treatment goals monthly.
• Attend IDT meetings and participate actively.
• Report concerns to Administrator or designee.
• Ensure staff follow policies and procedures and maintain a positive environment.
• Maintain warmth and calm atmosphere in the department.
