Job summary

Delta-T Group is seeking a Case Manager to provide services in Compton. The role focuses on supporting high-risk youth with behavioral or mental health challenges, including engagement, education support, and behavior management.

Shifts include long-term contract and part-time evening/weekend availability. Eligibility may involve background considerations per local ordinances and regulations. Training in health/documentation may be required.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for providing services for high risk and at-risk children and youth with severe behavior and or mental health challenges
• Engage with children or youth; assist with schoolwork; inquire about the child's life (likes or dislikes)
• Provide line of sight supervision, without overwhelming the child/youth
• Redirect negative and problematic behaviors
• Produce current medical/health documents including: physical examination, Tuberculosis/TB Skin Test, CPR, and First Aid certification
