Pay

Pay Range at Hire:

$26.00 - $28.00 per hour

Lifetime pay range with longevity: $26.00 - $34.00 per hour

• Inspire and Lead: Mentor a team of CFS Specialists dedicated to providing life-changing support to clients.
• Build Dreams: Partner with clients and their families to help them pursue their dreams and live more independently.
• Champion Individuality: Develop personalized support plans that honor each person's unique culture, values, and goals.
• Drive Quality Care: Oversee scheduling, training, and quality management to ensure exceptional client care.
• Connect Communities: Travel within the area to support clients where they live, work, and thrive.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree required.
