Job summary

Community Legal Aid (CLA) seeks a Case Manager to join the Family Preservation Project in Worcester, supporting parents involved with the Massachusetts DCF. You will collaborate with a Parent Advocate and attorney to connect families with community resources and ensure safety and stability for children.

The role requires a college graduate (MSW/BSW preferred), Spanish fluency preferred, and strong communication. CLA offers a hybrid schedule with office days and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• College graduate; MSW or BSW strongly preferred.
• fluency in Spanish preferred.
• Commitment to legal aid and serving low-income communities.

• Assist parents involved with DCF as part of CLA's interdisciplinary team.
